What is your pricing structure?

Trelar’s marketplace connects customers to carriers for dump truck services,   therefore the pricing associated with such services is dynamic and based off of the load and market conditions agreed upon by the customers and carriers.

Upon sign-up and verification, our members are then allowed to view the pricing within the marketplace.  Trelar’s fee is reflected within that pricing.

What is your cancellation or refund policy?

If you need to cancel a job posted within 12 hrs of the job start time you need to call and explain the reason for your cancellation to support at (888) 265-1121 x104.  Refunds will be discussed on a case by case basis.

Strikes against your rating will be applied for those that demonstrate multiple cancellations within any 30 day window.  Please contact support@trelar.com and provide more detail regarding your case.

How do you use the information I provide you?

Please read our privacy policy to better understand this.  We only share your information as needed within our marketplace.

How often do drivers get paid?

Payment dates are on the 1st and 15th of every month.

Note: If you have never completed a load on Trelar your first check will be paid on the first pay date that is at least 1 week after your first load.  So your first paycheck might be delayed beyond the regular pay cycle.

Payments will be completed by 3pm on payment dates. Upon receiving payments you will receive an email with a report of all loads you are getting paid on that pay date.

How do drivers get paid?

Trelar processes payment for drivers through a 3rd party platform called Hyperwallet – a Paypal Company.  Once your Trelar Driver Account is approved you will be asked to create a hyperwallet account at https://trelar.hyperwallet.com/.   Drivers can then link their bank account to their hyperwallet account and request that funds flow into their bank account after each payment cycle.  Other options for withdrawal from hyperwallet include transfer of funds into a paypal account, or onto a prepaid debit or credit card.

We also offer the option to request a Trelar Visa Card.  The Visa Card offers instant access to your funds after payment is processed, no waiting for a transfer to your bank account, and is accepted by any merchant that takes Visa.
