What is your pricing structure?

Trelar’s marketplace connects customers to carriers for dump truck services,   therefore the pricing associated with such services is dynamic and based off of the load and market conditions agreed upon by the customers and carriers.

Upon sign-up and verification, our members are then allowed to view the pricing within the marketplace.  Trelar’s fee is reflected within that pricing.

What is your cancellation or refund policy?

If you need to cancel a job posted within a 30 day window you need to call and explain the reason for your cancellation to support at (888) 265-1121 x104.  Refunds will be discussed on a case by case basis.  Please contact support@trelar.com and provide more detail regarding your case.

How do you use the information I provide you?

Please read our privacy policy to better understand this.  We only share your information as needed within our marketplace.

How often do drivers get paid?

When you first sign up and complete work thru Trelar, you will get paid 3 Fridays after your first delivery.  So if the first load you haul is delivered on Tuesday, you will then get paid for that delivery 17 days later on Friday.

After your first check, which will be directly deposited into your account, you will then be paid every other Friday from that point forward.
